HEIC vs SVG: what changes when you convert
HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) was introduced in 2017 by the MPEG group; adopted by Apple in iOS 11 and is best known for iPhone camera photos (half the size of JPG at the same quality). SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), created by the W3C, is the better choice when you need icons, logos, and illustrations that must stay sharp at any size.
